Jonathan Platt

Jonathan is a highly skilled management consultant specialised in large scale business transformation programmes in global manufacturing companies. He has a great deal of experience leading high profile projects in the UK, central Europe and the USA; facilitating client teams towards successful organisational change and business performance improvement particularly in FMCG, Aerospace and Medical Devices.

Since joining Bubble in 2002 Jonathan has used his knowledge of business and product strategy, business process design and organisational change management to drive significant improvements in the conception, development and launch of new products;

•   Helping clients to develop a rich picture of their future market place and changing customer needs as a platform from which to define appropriate business strategies and product development roadmaps.

•   Designing and implementing robust, decision making processes to drive significant improvements in the timeliness, quality and commercial success of new products launched.

•   Advising on the reconfiguration of R&D departments to meet the changing demands of increasingly globalised organisations.

•   Inducing operational improvements through the incorporation of supply chain design considerations into the start of the new product development cycle so that production, distribution and product are designed as an integrated whole.

Although primarily focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of NPC in the manufacturing industry Jonathan is very aware that success in business improvement is always dependent on the willingness and ability of staff to adopt proposals and make the change. Therefore a good deal of his attention and skill has always been directed to overcoming the challenges of organisational change management and facilitating great internal communication.
